Rising Eagle Drone Services LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business based in Zanesville, Ohio, providing professional UAS services throughout Southeast and Central Ohio.

Founded in 2024, Rising Eagle provides aerial solutions for commercial properties, construction projects, inspections, real estate, thermal applications, events, wildlife recovery, and specialized operations.

Meet the Remote Pilot

Kyle Brookover | Founder & FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot

Kyle Brookover brings decades of military and public-safety experience to Rising Eagle Drone Services. A retired Ohio Army National Guard Warrant Officer with two deployments to Iraq, Kyle combines mission planning, leadership, situational awareness, and risk-management experience with professional UAS operations.

He also brings 18 years of law-enforcement experience, including nine years in supervisory leadership, further reinforcing Rising Eagle's emphasis on safety, accountability, sound decision-making, and professional execution.

As an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot, Kyle has conducted drone operations involving construction progress documentation, industrial inspection, traffic observation, commercial advertising, real estate, live events, wildlife recovery, and specialized thermal operations.
